This special, full-page, 4/color advertorial feature about a specific product or solution will have a consistent format and look issue to issue. The advertiser will provide IW 225 words of text (maximum) and one or two images -- and IW will create the page. Only one Product/Solution of the month will appear in an issue so this attention-grabbing format is especially appropriate for new product introductions. (Advertisers may not repeat the featured product within the calendar year to keep this section fresh for readers.) NEW! Company Profile:

Corporate reputation is a critical component of every "deal"-- regardless of whether the objective is selling equipment, closing a service agreement or negotiating an acquisition or sale of a facility. While corporate ads and company profiles do not "make" a corporate reputation -- they do help customers, suppliers and employees explain what differentiates it by putting the company's values into words and images.

IndustryWeek's June issue already puts a spotlight on corporate reputations by identifying the largest publicly-held manufacturing companies in the United States with its annual coverage of the IW 500 and IW 50 Best Manufacturing Companies. Now, in this same issue, IW offers manufacturers and solution providers the opportunity to put themselves in the spotlight with a one-page corporate profile in a NEW, special advertorial section.

The "IW Corporate Profile" section will get premium positioning in the magazine -- appearing without any advertising separation -- immediately following the issue's primary feature stories. Companies who wish to be featured will provide IW with 225 words of text (maximum) and one image or photo, plus company logo, and IndustryWeek will write and create each individual advertorial corporate profile. Each "IW Corporate Profile" participant will approve its page prior to publication.

Ad Study:

For marketers who crave data and feedback to their ads, IndustryWeek offers a FREE ad study conducted by a third-party research firm. All full-page and half-page advertisers in IW's April and/or November issue(s) will have their ad(s) reviewed and rated by 60-100 subscribers for "recall seeing" and "recall reading." In addition, these executives are invited to share -- in their own words and in as much detail as possible -- their opinion about the advertiser, the product(s) advertised, and what message they believed the ad was trying to convey.

Pre- & Post-Awareness Studies:

For marketers who seek proof that their advertising message within the pages of IndustryWeek is moving the needle with regard to "awareness" and "preference" -- IW will conduct a comprehensive, customized pre- and post-campaign email survey (up to 25 questions) among its subscribers to gauge impressions and attitudes prior to the start of and upon the completion of the advertiser's campaign.

IW White Paper Excerpts:

In July and December, IndustryWeek will feature one-page excerpts of marketers' white papers in a special advertorial section. The "IW White Paper Excerpts" will get premium positioning in the magazine -- appearing without any advertising separation -- immediately following the issue's feature stories and before the editorial departments begin in the back third of the magazine. Advertisers provide IW with the full text of their existing white paper and a company logo, and IndustryWeek creates the excerpt page. Advertisers have final approval of their "IW White Paper Excerpt" -- so there will be no surprises in text, look or feel upon publication.

IndustryWeek will post the full text of the white paper from which the "Excerpt" was created on its website for 30 days following publication of the magazine and will capture registration information from every individual who downloads each individual white paper. IW will provide advertisers complete contact information for each reader who downloads the full text of their white paper as part of this program.

A few weeks following publication, IndustryWeek will send an email notification to its print subscribers with a "deck" describing each of the published "IW White Paper Excerpts" with a link to the full white paper on the web site to further promote these papers and collect additional leads.  Available in the July and/or December issue(s)
