section. The "IW White Paper Excerpts" will get premium positioning
in the magazine -- appearing without any advertising separation --
immediately following the issue's feature stories and before the
editorial departments begin in the back third of the magazine.
Advertisers provide IW with the full text of their existing white
paper and a company logo, and IndustryWeek creates the excerpt page.
Advertisers have final approval of their "IW White Paper Excerpt" --
so there will be no surprises in text, look or feel upon
publication.
IndustryWeek will post the full text of the white paper from
which the "Excerpt" was created on its website for 30 days following
publication of the magazine and will capture registration
information from every individual who downloads each individual
white paper. IW will provide advertisers complete contact
information for each reader who downloads the full text of their
white paper as part of this program.
A few weeks following publication, IndustryWeek will send an
email notification to its print subscribers with a "deck" describing
