After receiving his master's degree
in English from Montclair University and master's in administration
from Seton Hall University, Mike began his career as an English
teacher. After that, he moved to several marketing director positions
focusing on developing successful marketing programs for high tech
companies in Massachusetts. Mike came to Penton Media in 1990 as regional
sales manager of Computer-Aided Engineering. While at Penton, he has
represented numerous brands including Material Handling Management,
Logistics Today, Chief Logistics Officer, Transportation and
Distribution, Midrange ERP, and Outsourced Logistics.
When not representing IW in the
Northeast, Mike enjoys sports (especially the Boston teams), music,
and cooking.

After
graduating from Case Western Reserve University with a
dual degree in literature and chemistry, David held
positions in university public relations and as a
technical information specialist at Johnson & Johnson. He
joined IndustryWeek as a writing editor covering economic
trends, finance, and corporate strategy, and was later
promoted to managing editor. David joined IW's business
staff in 1996, overseeing non-advertising business
operations and IW's highly successful website, and took on
IW's South/Mid-Atlantic sales manager role in 2001.
David loves the outdoors and enjoys
fishing, mountain biking, backpacking, and family
activities. David and wife Kelly have two terrific young
children, Jonathan and Kate.

After
graduation from Michigan State University with a dual
degree in Advertising and Marketing, Larry began his
career at McGraw-Hill Publications and has remained in
the business to business magazine publishing arena ever
since. After various trade book assignments at
McGraw-Hill, an Industrial/Technology category manager's
position at Business Week, and a successful stint with
his own publisher's rep firm, Larry has made
IndustryWeek and Penton Media his business home for
the past ten years.
When Larry's not traveling or
representing the magazine in the Midwest, he enjoys
reading, college football - especially MSU - and is
an avid golfer. He also spends most vacation time
traveling to be with his two children, Rob and Karen,
who have started their careers in the state of
Washington and Washington D.C. respectively.
